When you request a demonstration we collect your name, email address and phone number (required), and optionally your ZIP code and message. We also store your selected interest, the page you submitted from, UTM parameters (if present in your link), the submission timestamp, and whether you gave separate marketing consent.

We do not ask for, and do not want, information about medical conditions or health history. Please do not include health details in your message.

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry and to arrange whatever comes next, such as a demonstration conversation. If you separately opt in to marketing, we may also use your details to send occasional updates; you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying or emailing us.

Inquiries are stored securely and may be delivered to our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel) so your request can be followed up properly. Standard email and CRM providers process this data on our behalf. We never sell your information.

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up you asked for. You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your details by emailing chris@bemersolutions.com.
